How It Works

  1. Call or text
Call to talk through the job, or text a few photos with a quick description of what you need done.

  2. Get an estimate or next step
I will review the job, ask any needed follow-up questions, and let you know whether it looks like a good fit. If the scope is clear, you’ll receive an estimate or next step.

  3. Schedule the work
Once the job is understood, you’ll schedule a time and know what to expect before the work begins.

  4. Get it fixed
The work is completed carefully, cleanly, and with respect for your home.

  5. Payment
Payment is due when the work is complete, unless otherwise discussed before the job begins. For larger jobs or materials-heavy projects, a deposit or materials payment may be requested before scheduling.

Meet Jordan

My name is Jordan, and I run Clark Home Maintenance. I’m a veteran, former union carpenter, and current Yale student offering skilled help with small home repairs, maintenance tasks, punch lists, and installations around the New Haven area.

My background in carpentry taught me to pay attention to the details that make work last. I started this business to help homeowners and property owners with the kinds of jobs that are often too small for a contractor, but too important to ignore.

I focus on careful work, clear communication, and treating every home with respect. Whether it’s a sticking door, a list of small repairs, or a project that has been sitting unfinished, my goal is to make the process simple and leave the work done right.

What My Clients Say

  • "My bathroom fan died one day, and Jordan was able to replace it within a few days. The entire process was quick, seamless, and affordable. Thanks, Jordan!"

    Jen S.

  • "Jordan quickly and professionally installed a 77 inch tv on the third story of my house. He hung it correctly, connected my sound system, and cleaned up before leaving. I'd definitely recommend him for any home repair job."

    Josef B.

  • "I bought my kids a playset and didn't realize how big of a job assembly would be. Jordan was a Godsend. I called and he sent me a quote, then came and installed it over the weekend. My kids absolutely love it! Thank you!"
